Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including dust bags, tags, and labels).

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Customized/made-to-order footwear.

    • Products damaged due to misuse or wear.

    • Items returned without proof of purchase (receipt/order number).

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email (royalateliers1@gmail.com) of approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they’re defective/damaged. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 314 1567 379) within 7 days to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchanges require clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

Late/Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first (allow 10 business days for processing).

  • If unresolved, contact us at royalateliers1@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

  • Customer pays return shipping fees (non-refundable).

  • Use a trackable shipping service – we’re not responsible for lost returns.

Gift Returns

  • Gift purchases will receive a store credit via email once the return is approved.
