Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective/damaged. Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 314 1567 379) within 7 days to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges require clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.
